Branded GiveForms

If you allow us to keep our GiveForms logo on your forms and donation receipts, we charge a 1.9% fee per donation.

Unbranded GiveForms

If you want to remove GiveForms logo on your forms and donation receipts, we charge a 2.9% fee per donation.

How are fees deducted?

Fees are deducted at the time of donation, regardless of payment method. For example, let's say an organization is using Stripe with nonprofit pricing and the branded version of GiveForms. In this scenario, when a donor gives $100 using a credit card:

$3.20 goes to Stripe (2.2% + .30)
$1.90 goes to GiveForms (1.9%)
$95.60 goes to the organization

How can I reduce my fees?

If you're a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit, you can request discounted rates from Stripe and PayPal.

Can donors cover my transaction fees?

You can (and should) ask donors to cover the processing fees on your transactions. Learn more about this here.
